The Door Conversion

*The door is a 3 point security locking door. The inner door has fly mesh & security screen giving you piece of mind when free camping. The 3 point locking system is the most secure system available for caravans & motorhomes. The door dimensions are: 1750 x 622 (mm)

The Centaflex Hinge
Centaflex is a one piece continuous hinge comprised of a rigid PVC and a flexible resin combining high strength engineering resins and excellent flexibility
For example; a one metre length fitted horizontally has a S.W.L of 100kgs.
The Centaflex hinge has an excellent flex life at temperatures ranging from -40 degrees C to 50 degrees C.
Centaflex is durable (tested to over 50,000 operating cycles), secure and maintenance free. It is aesthetically pleasing with a low exterior profile, it has concealed fixings, easy to fit and is UV stabilised.
A key benefit of Centaflex is it is weather proof continuous seal making it water resistant and corrosion resistant.
